What this service covers

Installation, inspection, rebuilds and replacement of air cannon systems — ACT’s own Flash Cannon and most other manufacturers’ cannons. New system layout and welded nozzle installation, sequencing timer setup, elastomer service (QEVs, o-rings, gaskets), and honest condition assessments on cannons that have not fired in years.

When you need it

• Cannons that stopped firing. Usually elastomers or air supply — a rebuild, not a replacement.
• Buildup a vibrator cannot break. A cannon layout designed to the vessel and the material.
• New silo, hopper or hot-vessel install. Welded nozzles, safety cables, isolation valves, sequencing — done as a planned job with proper hot-work controls.
• An annual inspection route. Cannons are safety devices for your production; they deserve a schedule.

• 1. Every cannon inspected — tank, valve, solenoid, plumbing, mounting and nozzle condition.
• 2. Fire test and sequence check — the pattern matters as much as the blast.
• 3. Rebuild worn valves on the spot — kits and common spares ride on the truck.
• 4. Report — what’s healthy, what’s next, and whether the array still matches the buildup it was aimed at.

What to have ready

• Cannon count and brand — we service most major makes, not just our own
• The vessel — what they’re mounted on and what material builds up
• Air supply — line pressure at the farthest cannon
• The complaint — not firing, firing weak, or firing and not helping (each is a different visit)
