INDUSTRIAL PARTS
Seal the load zone, keep material on the belt, and shut down dust at the source. SBR, natural rubber, and urethane skirting — cut to size and shipped fast.
Request PricingAll PartsMost spillage is a sealing and support problem, not a material problem. When bulk material drops onto a moving belt, it displaces a rush of air — and without control, that air blows fines and dust out of the transfer point, coating equipment, creating housekeeping and compliance headaches, and putting workers at risk. Skirting is the flexible elastomer seal along the skirtboard / skirtbox that closes the gap between steel and belt: it controls that displaced air, it keeps fringe material in the load zone, and helps knock down dust where it starts.
Every load zone is different. Pick the compound that matches your material, temperature, and wear profile — every one below ships cut to your size.

Standard SBR black rubber skirting is the industry workhorse for sealing conveyor load zones. It contains bulk material at the transfer point, cuts down on spillage cleanup, and helps shut down dust at the source — all at the most economical price point of any skirting material we offer.

When black SBR skirting wears out faster than you can schedule maintenance, step up to orange natural rubber. Natural gum rubber has outstanding abrasion resistance and rebound, giving it a significantly longer wear life than standard SBR in high-wear, high-abrasion load zones — while staying soft enough to seal well without gouging your belt.

Blue-Flex™ is a special 58A urethane skirtboard compounded with additives for lubricity — delivering roughly 60% lower coefficient of friction than conventional skirting. That means dramatically less drag on the belt, lower power draw, and less heat at the seal, while the urethane body delivers 3–4 times the wear life of rubber.

Delta-Flex™ puts two seals in one piece of skirtboard. The main body rides in the transfer point and contains the bulk material, while the flexible outer seal manages the dust that gets past the primary. The result is a load zone that stays sealed even where conventional skirting gaps — Delta-Flex™ conforms to the belt profile even between rollers.

AgFlex™ is the containment muscle of our skirting line. Its harder 70A urethane compound is built to stand up to large-lump material — rock, aggregate, and anything else that would tear softer skirting apart. AgFlex™ is installed to run about 1/8″ above the belt with no belt contact: it is a containment wall, not a dust seal.

SnapFlex™ does away with the worst part of skirting: the clamps. The system holds the seal in place without clamping force, so it seals the load zone without being cranked down against the belt — and it won’t walk off with a wandering belt.

Skirting is sacrificial by design — it wears so you can control the air in your transfer point. Pound for pound of material saved, it’s the least expensive improvement you can make to a transfer point.
