PleatLock Cartridges

RoboVent’s PleatLock cartridges use embossed dimples in the media to hold pleat spacing, so the full pleat depth stays open to the airstream instead of collapsing shut. The result is roughly 35% more usable media than comparable mini-pleat designs — more dust-holding capacity and lower pressure drop from the same cartridge footprint.

The Endurex Line

Endurex cartridges add continuous support ribs and wider pleat spacing, keeping the media open as dust builds. RoboVent claims the Endurex A15 delivers 1.5–2× the service life of standard cartridges.

Picking a Rating for Weld Fume

For general weld fume, spec MERV 15 as the minimum. For stainless steel work, step up to MERV 16 or HEPA — hexavalent chromium in stainless fume drives much tighter exposure limits. Not sure where your process lands? Describe the metals and the wire, and we’ll spec it with you.
