Gold Series & Gold Cone Cartridges
Camfil’s Gold Series collectors use cartridges built around an injection-molded inner cone that spreads reverse-pulse cleaning energy outward from the cartridge center, so more of the media actually gets cleaned with each pulse. Double continuous seal gaskets keep dirty air on the dirty side, and Camfil states a minimum separation efficiency of 99.999% down to 0.5 micron by weight.
HemiPleat® Open-Pleat Technology
HemiPleat® media is pleated around synthetic beads that hold the pleats open. Open pleats expose more usable media to the airstream, which means lower pressure drop, more dust-holding capacity, and easier pulse cleaning than tightly packed pleats.
