Ultra-Web® Nanofiber Technology
Ultra-Web® media carries a layer of electrospun nanofibers just 0.2–0.3 micron in fiber diameter. Dust builds a cake on the media surface instead of embedding deep in the substrate, so cartridges pulse clean easier, run at lower pressure drop, and last longer. Ultra-Web is rated MERV 15 per ASHRAE 52.2-2007, and fire-retardant versions are tested to UL 558 and TAPPI T 461om-94 / DIN 53438-3.
