What this service covers

Engineering, fabrication and installation of industrial ventilation systems: local exhaust, dilution and exchange-air systems, cutting-table and portable fume extraction. We bring 75 years of combined ventilation knowledge to every project, with the ACGIH Industrial Ventilation Manual at the heart of our design practice — and MERV 15 filtration efficiency, the best in the industry (99.9% on 0.3 to 0.5 micron).

From survey to startup

  • Survey. Capture points, airflow measurement, duct routing, make-up air — your actual conditions, not a catalog assumption.
  • Design. Hood design and duct velocities to the ACGIH manual; equipment matched to the contaminant.
  • Fabricate. What needs fabricating comes out of our 18,000 sq/ft Fontana shop.
  • Install & commission. Our own field crews, through to verified airflow.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between this and dust collection?

Dust collection captures dust at known equipment sources. Ventilation handles the building’s air — fume, heat, dilution, make-up air. Most heavy plants need both, designed together.

Can you fix a system another contractor installed?

Yes. Underperforming systems are usually undersized airflow or bad hood design — measurable problems with engineering answers. We survey first, then tell you what it will actually take.

Do you handle make-up air?

Always. Exhausted air has to come from somewhere; if you don’t plan it, the building finds it through every door gap and the system underperforms. Make-up air is part of every design.
