The patented Uni-Blade design (Patent No. 12,246,927) fits any OEM — selection takes only blade height and belt width. More than one series fits this cleaner; pick by the blade height and channel that match your mainframe bar — or send us a photo and we’ll match it.

Blade width = belt width minus 2” — a 48-inch belt takes a 46-inch blade — part E4M46 in blue Ev-R-Wear or E4U46 in orange standard. Belt widths 18”–72”. MSHA Approved IC-379/01.

1. Confirm your cleaner is the Flexco® MSP — the tag is on the mainframe, and a photo works. 2. Tell us your belt width and mainframe bar size so we can pick the series. 3. Pick your urethane and add it to your quote list. Our MSHA & OSHA trained crews can install during your next outage if you’d rather not touch it.
