ACT flow aids knock down and dislodge buildups in bunkers and silos. Our railcar connectors and unloading products improve bottom-dump hopper car unloading at grain terminals. Transfer point products — impact cradles, support cradles, and skirting — reduce spillage and dust from conveying raw and finished grain. In addition, EVO® transfer point products are track-mounted, which simplifies installation and improves worker safety.
Primary belt cleaners remove carryback. Cartridge-mount secondary cleaners remove even more, and they fit safely in close quarters. Screw conveyors and bucket elevators keep material moving through your processing systems. Slide gates control the flow of material as it empties into silos and bunkers. Meanwhile, dust collectors trap dust that could harm equipment and employees. For some applications, dust suppression is also an option.
