With a 19.72″ diameter and up to 40 HP, the Rulmeca 500 series (L, M, and H) powers high-capacity aggregate and mining conveyors while eliminating exposed drive components entirely.

• 500L: 3–20 HP, belt speeds 96–760 fpm, face widths from 23.62″.
• 500M: mid-range rating, belt speeds 48–480 fpm, face widths from 25.59″.
• 500H: 7.5–40 HP, belt speeds 120–760 fpm, face widths from 29.53″.

• Hermetically Sealed Drive: Motor, gearbox, and bearings are fully enclosed inside the pulley shell, protected and constantly lubricated by an internal oil bath — no exposure to dust, weather, or washdown.
