Blue-Flex™ is a special 58A urethane skirtboard compounded with additives for lubricity — delivering roughly 60% lower coefficient of friction than conventional skirting. That means dramatically less drag on the belt, lower power draw, and less heat at the seal, while the urethane body delivers 3–4 times the wear life of rubber.
Because it runs so slick, Blue-Flex™ is gentle enough to run with slight pressure against the belt — giving you a true dust-tight seal without sacrificing belt cover life.
